To combat mosquitos around the home, be sure to empty things such as bird baths, children’s toys, tires, etc. as often as possible. Also, keeping overgrown vegetation properly trimmed helps to reduce mosquitos. The darker the area is, the more moisture an area can trap, which increases the mosquito population.
