Cockroaches bites aren’t dangerous, but that doesn’t mean these creepy crawlies are harmless. Cockroaches are known to trigger allergies and asthma issues for certain people.
An allergy flare-up can include itchy eyes, sneezing, coughing, and a runny nose, as well as asthma symptoms such as wheezing or shortness of breath. Unfortunately, 78 to 98% of urban homes have roaches.
There are many causes of allergies, but reducing the chance of cockroaches in your house can help eliminate one known source of allergens. Roaches carry allergens in their saliva, feces, and body parts and can make already existing health problems worse.
To prevent most pests from coming inside, we recommend vacuuming often and wiping up any spills as soon as possible. Lastly, it’s important to spray pesticide around the outside of the house to create a barrier of protection against insects. Our formula is pet and people safe but targets common pests.
